Wakey Wakey Bakery was created at Fall 2020 during the middle of the pandemic, hoping to fill the bagel void. 

We offer a variety of gourmet bagels, sweets and bread! 

Wakey Wakey Bakery from the basic (Flour + Yeast + Sugar + Salt + Honey + Olive Oil), creates authentic classic bagels and bread! We supply baked goods for local restaurants and cafes! 

Moving back to Hong Kong, we noticed a distinct lack of bagels and challah in the city. We decide to share them and spread their goodness - fresh baked bagels and bread to everyone.  

We take that to heart and give bread the respect they deserve and give you the bread you deserve! Passionate about reconnecting food and people.
